Starting To Look Like A Golf Course

Starting To Look Like A Golf Course

With great luck, we survived Hermine with minimal damage to the course and we are now able to turn our attention and focus back to growing and cutting the course. The fumigation process for the greens is complete and we are now starting the sprig process for our greens renovation.  We have started detailing the bunkers and are continuing our detailing of the cart paths throughout the course. We are still planning on a November opening for the course.

We will have a Grand Opening for the “Mulligans on the Green” restaurant on October 15th. This week, the new granite bar top was installed along with new bathroom fixtures and granite countertops.  All the new booths were re-covered and installed. Miniature Golf Moving Forward

All but 4 holes have been built for the mini-golf, and the rest will be finished next week. Work will then begin on the three water fountains and stream. Following that, irrigation and landscaping will commence.

We are looking for local independent companies or operators to provide:  an irrigation system for the mini-golf, landscaping services (installation of plants we source) for the mini-golf, and earthwork (drainage) repair and installation. If you have someone to recommend, please contact Kevin Dietsch by email at or call (612) 244-8990.

All lighting was ordered this week for the parking lot, mini-golf, and driving range. We will use highly efficient LED lighting. The range will be the first installation of its kind for new Helios LED light panels.
